1.   I have paid 30% booking for your tour, when shall I pay the balance ?

Answer : You can pay on the day you arrived, when we send you to your check in hotel in Kuala Lumpur

2..    I have booked and paid deposit for your tour on . . . . . . . . . .  can I change to a later date ? 

Answer :  Yes, you can postpone to a later date within a 12 months period 

3..    I have booked and paid deposit for your tour, can I change to another person ?

Answer : Yes, of course you can change.

4..    Can I change my booking ? I have booked the 7 days package and decided to change it to 10 or 14 days  ?

Answer : Yes, of course, you can change it at least 1 week before your tour start as we have to change your hotels booking as well as car                 drivers allocation
